    The sanding belt can be positioned horizontally in addition to vertical.

    With horizontal spindle, equipped with brushes & air drums.
    This machine is designed for the sanding and polishing of bend or profile components, especially when automatisation is impossible.
  • Sanding machine with movable vertical spindle MODEL TS-30.
    This machine is utilised with profile discs, brushes or drums.

  • AUTOMATIC SANDING MACHINES
    VG manufactures automatic sanding machines, either for top sanding or a combination of top and bottom. These machines are available in the following widths 200, 300, 455, 650, 1060, 1300 and 1600 mm with various availability of sanding units.
    Machines of up to a width of 650 mm have an open gap at the front, this being an advantage for sanding large sized panels or window frames.
    There are 3 different series of machines:
    • the SOLIDSANDER series, these are basic, simplified machines
    • the MASTERSANDER series, ideal for general standard use
    • the FANTASTIC series, top quality machines, extra sturdy construction for continuous and heavy duty work
